He will let them go. He's stubborn, but he knows when he's out matched. He will give into Naruto and Bee, but he will act as if he doesn't have a choice.

I know right, Tsunade wouldn't stand a chance against him anyway she is the weakest kage there.

I think raikage would let bee go but spar with naruto to check if he is strong enough,
and i want naruto to beat him this time.
