Are you sure Naruto lost all the other Bijuu chakra, Hagoromo mentions that the Bijuu chapter seeped into Naruto. If Naruto truly lost the other Bijuu chakra wouldn't that mean that Naruto shouldn't be able to undo IT with Sasuke since it requires all 9 Bijuu?

We are shown Bijuu chakra regenerate over time.

Lets not forget that RSM works by having all 9 Bijuu chakra, which Naruto doesn't seem to have lost.

Sasuke never learned Sage mode so it is not possible to use Sage Mode.

I believe Sasuke can learn Sage Mode and then become able to use it and master it, Sasuke seems to have the requirement such as Strong body, speed, chakra etc.

I don't know why Orochimaru couldn't use Sage Mode, i mean he is stronger than Base Pain Arc Naruto.

Sasuke has only Itachi eyes and Rikudo chakra, while Naruto got all the 9 Bijuu Chakra which turns to whole as shown in the manga and Rikudo chakra.
