Sasori letting himself die and Chiyo reviving Gaara.

Naruto being too obsessed with bringing back Sasuke.

Itachi being a good guy even though his first appearance seemed different and is controversial.

Sasuke deciding to attack Konoha.

Nagato reviving everyone.

Most characters not getting enough character development.

Obito being revealed making story too much about revenge for Rin.

The idea about Hagoromo's mother, brother, fruit and sons who were inside Naruto and Sasuke as well as Madara's being defeated without properly fighting them.

I'm disappointed about the last one. Honestly, about think before the war, I didn't care that much. But after the war started, there were a lot of inconsistencies, plot holes, lack of information, lack of thrill, rushed scenes etc. that affected a lot from final villains.
