But that's impossible when it's a manga fact that he's not.

Invincible people don't die.

Kishi when creating Shippuden had to make it all evolve around Kakashi and his quick learning abilities. He had to make sure he didn't become too overpowered, which is why barely anybody uses handseals.

And Kakashi is the strongest person in the manga next to Obito/Sage. With Sharingan he controls everybody, and with it he as well can hypnotize Kurama. And Edo's will not be usable against him.
