Naruto got trolled by Kishi his entire life

I am not a Naruto fanboy by anymeans, but someone has to say it. Ill start by him growing up alone and basically being a fail ninja being unable to pass the academy entrance exams, only to learn a S rank forbidden jutsu by himself. Word? Naruto should've been raised by his god father Jaraiya like Minato wanted. A lifetime with J-man Naruto would've been a chuunin by the time he graduated the academy, and mid jounin by the time skip. Think about it. Naruto master shadow clone jutsu, a jutsu that let's you make a living copy of yourself and when it gets destroyed you get all the knowledge it had acquired. Yet kishi didn't reveal that until the Kakuzu fight. How long did he use that jutsu without realizing that fact? With all his skill and determination Naruto could use 5 shadow clones and learn 5 new jutsu a day, if it took him that long to master one. Kakashi copied over 1000 jutsu and never tried to teach Naruto 1, why? Where in the plot does it require Naruto to spam 2 jutsu the entire story.
