I don't think either of them should get it! its retarded to think that everyone should have rinnegan, Naruto and Sasuke are powerful enough with what they have available.

Naruto has SM and BM, while sasuke has EMS which we really have no idea what sasuke is capable of yet.

Naruto and Sasuke don't need Rinnegan.

Naruto isn't an Uchiha therefore he can never awaken Rinnegan.

We still don't really know how the Rinnegan is obtained. I have my little opinion that you get it if you have EMS and Senju DNA.
I don't think Naruto was to get the Rinnegan unless Kishi wanted to make him the next SO6P.

Your theory is interesting but it sounds like Naruto would become so OP he could rival the Sage himself. Probably solo the entire Naruto Verse. Also Rinnegan is unlocked through a evolutionary cycle of Dojutsu, i can't find a logical way he awakens the Rinnegan unless there's a alternative method to awakening it.

However he might gain control of the Juubi in some way or another.

Actually I can see this happening. Sasuke gets the rinnegan and Naruto gets the rinnegan after the Madara and Obito battle.
