Let say Obito doesn't give Yin Kurama to Naruto for whatever reason and Obito uses Rinne Tensei to revive Naruto, how powerful would Naruto have been at that moment?

I dont think Naruto would be as strong as his current self bcus he truly lack Tailed Beast chakra. I know he have the remnant of 9 beasts chakra but that's not enough. He lack power assistant in full chakra Yin/Yang Kurama. The remnant doesnt equal to actual Yin/Yang Kurama bcus it just an essence with consciousness.

He cant form an Avatar bcus he no longer a Jinchuriki
