Naruto generations online: How to deal with Deidara effectivley?

I use B for everything, my strategy is as soon as the fight starts tap X twice(hold on 2nd tap) evade jump around(they will keep throwing clay bombs) Make your way towards Deidara making a curving motion try curving to the left. Once close enough tap X twice(he should rush him) do a combo(they usually use up all their substitution logs). Use a couple Rising Bombs to stay close if he tries to run(be careful because constantly chasing can lead to you getting caught but an ultimate) Also try to catch em wity B's ultimate I get lucky and catch em with the tip of the tentacle sometimes(B's ultimate has 1 of the best hit ranges) Keep chakra at least 30%+ because once he runs out of substitution logs you can get off a 40 hit combo before 1 refills(just know when the combo is at it's peak and press △ then quickly X followed by multiple ○s to restart the combo) I beat Deidara online all the time now......but if their connection's bad(game starts lagging)......you're ****** haha

You need a attacker who is fast a close range fighter, as well as long range. Kiba. Kiba's Fangover Fang is unbeatable when it comes to Deidara's. If you keep getting hit with those pieces of sh*t, then use chakra dash to throw them to the side

I always look at their infos before i start a match, if i see the name deidara, i leave or choose him myself
In Storm 2 i met plenty of them, but there you could at least see whom the re going to choose, so u could choose the same character xd
When they chose Sage Naruto for example i did it too!

Until now ive played 40 only matches ( in generations) and i still havent seen anyone who chose Deidara. I might be lucky

The best way to handle that is with a guard support, and using YX shurikens to counter Deidara's standard ones. Better still is using a character that has YX shurikens that include knockback. Off the top of my head PTS Sakura, Both Shikamaru, and Gaara.

its honestly very simple to beat that character. do these steps step by step. As soon as the match starts double dash to either side(make sure u hold A or X) and just keep throwing shuriken. what this does it it goes straight through his attacks and hits him. while he misses all his attacks. in all honest ive never lost doing this one strategy against long range players. try it out u will see. eventually he will get frustrated enough and try to rush u, or make a mistake.

what i do if i am using kakashi (ms) run in one direction for a bit and when he starts his "combos" i hit triangle square and right before it hits him i us my ult. and it always works

new one I trolled with yesterday. Literally walk to the side and they won't hit you. than just as they start a combo string launch PTS Kiba's ultimate and it will connect = easy win

I reccomend being someone like kakashi who's mid range. And what u do is u chakra dash at him and keep at it, the trick with long range is to get close and NEVER letting up. so they have no chance to get any distance and then its easy stuff

ok u guys keep saying to use certain characters but thats not going to help someone that is playing ranked and get a unexpected fight against this character. what everyone should be saying are strategies that can beat this character with any character. like the strategy i told u earlier. side dash and throw shuriken. simple and can do it with any character. dont need to use kakashi or kiba. u can use whoever u want.

if he wants to spam you jump spam shuriken back at him before he can from a combo. then when he rushes in to get closer throw a tool bomb U_U my records 350 wins 8 losses hate spammers
