Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations, the ultimate game in the Storm franchise, will be bridging the diverse cast of Naruto part 1 with Naruto Shippuden. Many fans wonder which of their favorite characters will make the cut and from the Raikage to young Naruto, we’re sure CyberConnect2 won’t disappoint.
Recently over at the Tokyo Game Show, the folks over at IGN had the opportunity to talk to president of CyberConnect2 (CC2), Hiroshi Matsuyama. IGN mentions Matsuyama said the focus with Generations is to make sure that it represented the wishes and interests of the players. He noted that if the fans want something, they should make their voices heard.
As expected, Matsuyama did not reveal any information about the roster in Generations, but he did give a comment on a feature fans may very well desire – character customization! When IGN asked him about it, Matsuyama seemed interested, but said the reality of a licensed game makes character customization. However, he did say, that the more the fans want something like that, the more chance there will be him to make the case to the licensors Naruto and include it in a game.
Well, Generations fans make your voices heard! By the way, IGN also mentions the game focusing on individual character histories. We believe they are refering to info from the scan that was released earlier this week. However, Shonen Jump revealed there to be historys of Minato, Itachi, and Kakashi. We feel like there is a chance there will be more characters who have their history focused on. Just our thoughts though. We hope to have more info as it’s revealed!
