Naruto Games should have create a ninja mode

if they haven't already done it they should. You should be able to create a ninja, give them a background, train them from the ground up, and have a story mode for him/her.

Also you should be able to have the option of giving them a clan but they would have to work to master the techniques

Ex. If your character is from the uchiha clan. They can't just automatically have Mangekyo Sharingan they have to train for that

Or Hyuuga Clan you would have to train to master all the hyuuga techniques

You should also be able to pick a sensie you want to train under (Gai, Kakashi, Asuma, ect.)

Im pretty sure people would have some pretty interesting characters

True and u should be able to have an arsenal of Jutsu, not just the typical combat system but Jutsus u can select from a list to your combat mode and use once u have mastered them.

There were a couple of games made in an rpg style but none of them are really good. The first one was Naruto Online wich just sucked as it was just taking a character from the anime and fight in a deadmatch. The other one I can't remember what it's called but it was exactly that- joining Akatsuki, choosing a village and all that stuff you'd like. Unfortunately it's a browser one so it's like Bite Fight. You just browse through sites. The last one is a Ultimate Naruto one in wich you chose a custom character and go around doing missions. It's a 2D browser game. None were good actually. We have yet to see a good Naruto based mmorpg...
