Naruto Games - Learning Jutsu

So, I've never actually played a Naruto game. I've only watched a few playthroughs of a couple of them.

What I'm wondering, is. Is there any Naruto games where you can learn new Jutsu with Naruto? Other than Dragon Blade Chronicles. Like say, Grand Fireball, Water Dragon...and so on?

They need to make a better Naruto game where jutsues are untilized in more technical bases. Loved how J-Stars used Naruto's shadow clone. There was some strategy behind his move other than pressing one button to seeing the same animation all over again.

The Ultimate Ninja series (not Storm), gave you jutsu scrolls throughout the game's story that you could use in battle mode. You'd just change the default jutsu st the selection screen and bam! You've got Naruto using Dokugiri or whatever.
