About white Zetsu soldiers, I think that in reality Kishimoto is setting up for an extension of the show maybe some movies and down the road a new show.(he says this is the close of the Naruto story after the next movie but you know money is money) I believe they literally means soldiers in an up coming war. Maybe against actual Gods who were angered at her gaining God like powers or aliens..
