About white Zetsu soldiers, I think that in reality Kishimoto is setting up for an extension of the show maybe some movies and down the road a new show.(he says this is the close of the Naruto story after the next movie but you know money is money) I believe they literally means soldiers in an up coming war. Maybe against actual Gods who were angered at her gaining God like powers or aliens..

So, naruto battle of gods? I'd like that... if kishi wasn't smoking weed. If kishi still knew how to make cool fights. if kishi knew logic. but he doesn't. So, not gonna happen, and if it happens, it might be worse than kaguya arc.
