Naruto Gaiden might not happen in the Boruto anime or at least it will be rewritten

The reason for this is because in Naruto Gaiden, Sarada wasn't acquainted with Mitsuki yet even though we just saw in this episode that she already had a whole class with him.

The whole class was there though but even with that being said a generic welcome party doesn't omit familiarization. She

Anything after the Academy arc (in terms of new story telling) will probably be filler anyway. So I don't really care.

Kishimoto only approved of the school episodes (at least the one's written now). I just hope the season ends after the next 6 episodes, before we head into filler territory. I don't need to see people on YouTube talking about filler events of a series that just started.

I'd rather them show Sakura training Sarada than to watch that failfest Kishimoto calls a story.

The only thing out of there is to see Sarada awakening her Sharingan, Sasuke spending time with Sarada/Sakura at the end, and then Sarada stating her goal for the first time.

But I really don't wanna see "who is my mom" plot on live screen TV. People are already complaining as it is. We need to get towards the real action, Manga is not cutting it either.

I never thought about that, but it is completely true. Sarada awakening her Sharingan is really a big deal, that part cannot be skipped.

That's one of the reasons why the Gaiden animation is a must.

Agreed. Doesn't make sense for them not to show Sarada/Mitsuki's origin powers.

That's what this arc is for Boruto, minus the fact that there's more character development for most of the guys (and even Shino now I guess?). I wonder if the next 6 episodes will focus on the girls, or just start the Gaiden.

they can pull a DB Super and animate it with some alterations to suit the anime or they can just do a time-skip and have them be Genins with Sarada already possessing the 1 Tomoe Sharingan

Sarada's sharingan awakening is a big deal, she's a main character after all. It's very unlikely that they'll just skip it like it was nothing. She's the first Uchiha to awaken it out of positive emotions, I'm pretty sure that's important.

We shall see since currently we are literally on the specific timeline/event were Sarada goes off to find her father

any more episodes after this episode leads to it being farther and farther away from having that event unless they re-write the whole thing


what is Sarada going to do from this episode onward... get sick, go on a vacation?

Any time she sees Mitsuki the less likely the idea of not knowing the dude is going to fall apart

That scene can be simply skipped . Did u forget Utakata and Naruto? In the manga they don't know eachother but in the anime they do so they changed a but when they met in the war so don't worry it will be animated
