In all honesty, I'll rate this chapter a good 2/5. I felt the most of the dialogue were unnecessary and predictable. I wasn't intrigue even after knowing Karin was Sarada true biological mother. In fact nothing in this Gaiden series has gotten me up my feet. It's almost like I'm watching a Mexican Soap Opera. Kishimoto should had never ventured in this pairing crap in the first place considering it causes fan wars. For example due to Naruto marrying Hinata, some to called fans went as far to right a petition against that pairing. Unfortunately, Kishi has just made matters worst by pairing Sasu x Karin which I'm sure will create a tremendous backlash into the upcoming days if not weeks. Kishi needs to halt this pairing craps and gets his game right for the sake of this Manga!

There is no way in hell that he had a fling with Karin! Also neither Naruto nor Suigetsu knew a thing.... come on that is something that you would tell your very best friend who saved you and all... Naruto said so himself that Sakura is the Mom... meaning I think he saw her pregnant at some point! Sasuke has never liked getting close to anyone....he just isn't the type to have affairs or whatever....Sakura is obviously his wife and the woman he loves so why would he have a child with his stalker???
Also why would his Lovechild be raised by Sakura.... and even if Sakura by any chance wouldn't be able to have children why would she choose Karin as a helper? Plus I doubt that Karin would give up the child that she has with Sasuke.....she loves him after all.

That would mean that Sarad ia an Uchiha/Uzumaki mix ---> wouldn't that give her the Rinnegan....yet she has the Sharingan

Damn this chapter had drama written all over.

- A lot of information was revealed, particularly regarding Shin’s origin.

- It was nice seeing Orochimaru back. Creepy as always, experimenting with humans... but wow, he looks so young now... probably because he found a new vessel to possess.

- It was confirmed in this chapter that Karin is alive. It’s also confirmed that Karin is the biological mother of Sarada. I didn’t really like how Sarada was talking shit to the Hokage when he’s not the root of the problem. I guess she was just overacting over the news... but tbh, I hope she really didn’t mean it when she said she doesn’t care about her other mother anymore. I understand why Sarada's angry, but it’d be ridiculous if she has depreciated all of the care and nurture Sakura has provided to her for the past years. Hopefully she comes to terms with her family by the end of the series.

- LOL at Suigetsu casually walking away from all of this shit. This guy is pure comedy. Ohh and speaking of comedy, Chocho, you’re not funny anymore. Stop with these lame food jokes.

The Rinnegan appears as a mix of Ashura and Indra's chakra, which brings out Hagoromo's chakara.

If you read the manga you should've known this..



Also, this chapter has proper pacing.
The shock of Karin being the mother of Sarada is worth it's value. (Though i wonder how long it's going to last.)

I agree that it's probably not as simple/straightforward as it seems. However, I'd also like to point out that those who dissed the idea that Karin might be connected to Sarada back in November (or whenever) out of hand were probably overreacting. The glasses were a signal - even if it's a red herring, Kishi wanted us to start thinking along the lines of a connection to Karin. It's classic storytelling techniques, whether she's Karin's child or not; create a little intrigue, and people get invested in the outcome.
I also liked how philosophical this was - the nature of human existence, what procreation is for/why we do it, etc. Those are some BIG issues that are being tackled, and it's cool to see them being addressed in this story.
