Hello everyone!
Before the Prediction I would like to say a few things regarding it.
First things first, making assumptions is part of making any prediction, so please don't point out any unconfirmed facts.
Also, as this is only the second chapter, majority of the character personalities haven't been fully detailed, so again, no need to point out any attributes that have yet to be confirmed.

Naruto Gaiden Manga Chapter 2 - After all these years
The opening panel shows Sarada tightly holding the photo of Sasuke, Karin, and Suigetsu. She is glaring at it intently, specifically Karin.
Sarada- This women... Those glasses..
Suddenly Sarada sees something on Karin's glasses, a small crack in the right lens.
Sarada takes off her glasses and holds them in front of her.
Sarada- Huh?! No way.... These are..
The panel shifts to the Hospital, Shizuna is tending to Sakura, who just regained consciousness.
Shizuna- Even as an adult, you haven't grown out of that habit huh? *small chuckle*
Sakura- Yeah.. I guess not.. Hehe
Sakura's hospital room door begins to open and Sarada steps in.
Shizuna- I'll just leave you two alone for a moment. I'll be back with your meal in an hour.
Sakura- Thank you.
Sarada walks in, pulls up a chair and sits next to her mother's bed.
Sakura- Huh? What's wrong, sweetie?
Sarada is staring at the ground, just around her feet, with a confused look.
Sakura- Sarada..
Sarada- (with tears in her eyes) WHO IS THIS?! THIS WOMEN NEXT TO DAD!
Sakura takes the photo from Sarada and looks at it, with a very sad looking face.
Sakura- *takes off Sarada's glasses* Sit down, sweetie. Let me tell you a story.
The panel moves to Boruto, who is painting insults on his father's monument once again.
Boruto- Stupid Dad! He said he didn't have any important business today so where the hell is he?!
???- Hey! Boruto!
Boruto- Huh? Oh hey, Shikadai, what's up?
Shikadai- Lord Seventh wants you to come meet him at the village gate, he and my father are already there.
Boruto- Alright! I knew he wouldn't forget!
Boruto jumps down and lands near Shikadai.
Boruto- Let's go!
Boruto takes off running, leaving Shikadai behind.
Shikadai- Uhh, the gates this way..
Boruto- AHHH! Ehh i knew that! Let's go!
Shikadai- * Sigh * how frickin' bothersome..
The panel shifts to the village gate, both Naruto and Shikamaru are waiting.
Boruto- HEYYY! DATTEBASA!!
Shikamaru- Boruto, why must you be so loud...
Naruto- Alright you're all here..! Huh? Uhhh... Where's Sarada?
Shikadai- Don't know.. Couldn't find her.
Shikamaru- Why don't you look next time?
Shikadai- Yeah, yeah, next time.
Boruto- Wait why do we need Sarada! She'll just suck the fun right out whatever were doing anyway!
Naruto- Shut it Boruto!
Suddenly,everyone looks over past the village gate, where a silhouette of someone can be seen.
Naruto- So after all these years you're finally back..
The man appears before everyone as Boruto and Shikadai look at him confused.
Boruto leans over to Shikadai.
Boruto- (whispers) hey who's this guy?
Naruto- It's great to see you again.
Naruto- Sasuke.
Sasuke's returned! What will become of his appearance?!
