The official website for Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is listing that the compiled volume of Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto Gaiden: Nanadaime Hokage to Akairo no Hanatsuzuki (Naruto: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring) manga will ship on August 4. The listing does not have a volume number next to the title.

I've seen Akira Toriyama retire from making Dragonball ONLY for him to comeback and make Dragonball Z Super (and new movies)

History repeats itself. Give Kishimoto a long long long break, and he will be back to make more Naruto manga.

Not really, i mean OP has volumes released that has 10-12 chapters in it. Even the last Naruto volume has 10 chapters(with others before it).
