3rd panel down on the right very hard to confirm whether he has his arm or not. I think it is more likely yes he does have his arm because as we have been shown Sasuke uses his right arm for swordwork so judging by how he would consequently have his hilt positioned for quick draw, I don't think it is his sword that caused the position and folds of his cloak. Or I've just missed previous confirmation about his arm.
Sakura top middle panel is definitely pregnant
And finally, everyone appreciate Sasuke's face in the top left panel.
BTW Sasuke is definitely showing slips of emotion in his expression throughout the chapter of affection towards Sarada
I can't confirm whether Shin Uchiha's father is Shisui or not because they look completely different and am not going to start posting theories when there's not enough info. They definitely have the same nose though.
Please remember that Kishi & team work long hours each day drawing and can make rare slips in artwork, or simply draw a normal picture they don't expect to be so heavily examined and analysed.
