the Uchiha sharingans Tobi had in his laboratory...


why would tobi gather all these uchiha sharingans???...


look like Tobi wanted to mix those sharingans and creat few new powerfull eyes that can use maximum numbers of uchihas dojutsus...


the Kamui the mini Juubi used doesn't necessary come from Obito's eye....if you ask this question you might find the true answer : where does obito's kamui thechnique and all other uchihas thechniques come from??....

-Answer lie within uchihas true Origines : it could be Juubi since Kaguya used a developed version of kamui and Obito was somhow able to connect with her kamui demensions....


-hence the hooded man's could have samples of Gedo mazo's DNA...or spiral zetsu (who is suposed to turn into a tree) plus other bijuus chakraa nd cutivate them to creat mini juubi....


-also spiral zetsu could make his comeback!! :

I like your theory And it's quite plausable!

It would be a good way to get alot of sharringans - and perhaps Shin is a decendant of Kaguya and the Ōtsutsuki clan. And thus have the required chakra level to maintain a sharringan.
Since we havn't seen them deactivated though, it's very possible they are transplanted - with supports the theory.

It looked like the mini juubi had the same mangeqyou sharringan as Shin though - so if you're right, it could explain how this came to be - since the eyes might be fusions of other eyes, and the mangeqyou tomoe then might be a combination of others (Normally they have patterns etc - but his looked more like different tomoes merged into one big "blob")

I could see Shin being a experiment created by Naruto and Sasuke's DNA or him being a kid who had Sasuke DNA implanted unless his father is a surviving Uchiha.
