They are still using Boruto and Naruto as the face of the series just like they did in the debut magazine cover. Is Sarada really the main character? That would be extreme false advertising if that was the case, I wouldn't complain though, I prefer Sarada. =D

But yea from the looks of it Boruto will inevitably steal the spotlight along with Naruto.

It's two different interview where Kishi in one said she was main where in other he refused to comment on Bolt's role so it's a mystery
Personally though Indont think Bolt is involved in this Salad story.His will probably be a new one

Then why are they featuring Boruto and Naruto in ads and previews instead of Sarada?

If she was really the main then she should be featured, which means Kishi's statement was either misunderstood, or these ads are false advertising.

Funny how they call it Naruto Gaiden yet they advertise Boruto more than anyone else XD

Jokes aside. We will see - I can see him popping in the story if he follows Sarada/ChouChou because of his father, he probably knows more about his father than anyone else bar Hinata/Sakura/Shikamaru and Sasuke. If not, then it is probably the former like you said. Maybe him and Mitsuki do something cool?

Well can't find em at the moment but there was another one where they showed Naruto and Sasuke paralleled to Bolt and salad.Then another one where Salad and Bolt are folding hands too

Yea, but like Raizel showed Boruto was always the one featured in SJ, and even in the shared cover he takes the center spot. It might be like Sasuke's case in the last.

I do believe Sarada is the main based on the 2 chapters so far, and you are right about the chapter 1 title parallel, I just find the advertising very odd if that's the case.

I was so disappointed in the advertising. He was only there for like 35 seconds. I think that's what is happening here with Boruto. It's very odd, indeed, but very likely the case.

The only thing I don't understand is who are they fooling? Chapter 2 and Boruto was not even in it, so why would they continue to false advertise?

That's a good question. Like you said, they aren't fooling anyone. Boruto might show up near the end of the manga, sort of like Sasuke in The Last. He'll show up, awe the other brats with his attack, and then go off with Sasuke to be trained for the chuunin exams.

Well who knows at this point, maybe Sarada's story and focus will last for a couple more chapters then Boruto will get a story twice as long.

Yeah so far Sarada's story is interesting. I don't really want to place any labels on anyone else because of the lack of panel time. Though with Boruto/Sasuke doing something - I wonder what it connects to as-well? Other than that he also has family problems, and after that we have nothing else go by.

So right now I'm rooting for Sarada and Chou Chou ^-^
