Garra has great defensive capabilities but not any really good offensive.
he can crush your limbs instantly, bury you 100 feet underground, blind you with sandstorms, choke you with sand particles, summon a pyramid on you and seal you up etc
Rasenshuriken is nothing compared to what Madara could have used against Hashirama.
rasenshuriken is s-class and damages on the cellular level. doesnt matter if your hype says you should not be affected by it, everything that has cells is affected by it
