He won't have students. I'm sure he's gonna do something about the shinobi system, a problem that minato brought p. Hashirama is alreadyn showing us how that system was modernized in the era of warring clans. Hashi brought up the problem of training kids and making them warriors, so when naruto saves the world that will create an internal conflict. He might want to change the shinobi system to fit peacetime.

The Same as every other Shinobi in the Narutoverse timeline. One will be a silly ninja who is the under achiever but works hard to get strong, one will be the above average genin with great fighting skills and will be the silly one's rival, the 3rd will be a female medical ninja. That's how most of the lineups go in Naruto.

I expect he'd at least take Konohamaru as his student. He's already taught him the Rasengan, and he has alot of potential as a Sarutobi.

He can't have students because the only the thing he'll be able to teach is shadow clone and rasengan. And if the student doesn't have crazy amounts of chakra he won't be able to use shadow clone to the max potential.
