In these three anime, there is two leading female protagonist, I believe in terms of;

Personality: Rukia>Erza>Orihime>Hinata>Lucy>Sakura

Looks: Erza>Rukia>Orihime>Lucy>Hinata>Sakura
I know you guys will probably disagree with this, but I'm not really a fan of short hair, plain white eyes and blondes.

Strength: Erza>Hinata>Orihime>Sakura>Rukia>Lucy
Not completely accurate here because for ex. A>B but weaker than C (like pokemon ish) but ye that is my rough assumption

Well, opinions guys and you're welcome to give ur own list.

Also I just want to throw out Kishi is a beast at creating plot and suspense but the roles he gives to females are so.. well you get it. <3
