No. naruto was born with the whiskers, he was not a jinchuuriki, and then the 4th and kushina put the 9tails into him.

Shunshin isn't the same as FTG, hasn't this been explained a million times already. FTG is a teleport, Shunshin is movement faster than the eye can see (over a relatively large distance) so that it might give the impression of a teleport.

Seems like a plot hole, Naruto got the whisker marks because his body was exposed to the nine tails chakra during Kushina's pregnancy because Kushina was Kurama's jin. Hinata would somehow have to be Kuama's jin in order for this to make sense, which is impossible.

the whiskers could be an hereditary trait. naruto had them when he was borned, meaning its part of his gene, and he pass it down to his kids.
