Thing you should know before reading.
So in this verse Naruto die's at VOTE2, by Sasuke's hands. Sasuke kill's the 5 Kage and Kakashi and leaves Sakura alive, before releasing the Infinite Tsykuyomi. He become the quintessencal villian, in hope of uniting the nation through the hatred of him, but it back fires and the world is in chaos, nations turn on each other, trying to steal land, Sakura abandoned the leaf village as she felt that nothing was there for her, and Hinata is colder and more powerful...Neji like...but still Hinata....and she is hokage, kinda RTN'ish. The current Kage are Hinata. Darui. Kankuro. Kurotsuchi. and Chojuri.
Sakura is much more colder, sort of like part 2 Sasuke, just less emo-ish...because she is Sakura...she feels that she has nothing in this world but her daughter...Sarada....yes Sasuke is the father...(that will be explain in the story)...and of the kids exist in this world.
Sakura dash through the leaf village as if she were a gust of wind, rushing to the Hokage's office, concealing her presence, to avoid Anbu interference. She was so furious, the area she passed cracked, the more her rage elevated. Hinata had some nerves threatening Sakura, giving her a ultimatum. The memory replayed through her head, boiling her blood more and more.

A few moments earlier, Sakura found was sent a note attached to the Hokage's messaging dove, from the Hokage herself. Sakura wondered what Hinata could've possibly wanted with her, she told her that she gave up Medical Ninjutsu long ago, and have no wishes of going back into her practice. Sakura grabbed the note and sent the bird on it's way,she unraveled the note and her eyes widened.
Dear, Sakura
I require your medical skills on a top secret project of mine, failure to comply will force me to force my hand. I will reveal to the world the secret about your daughter. Those glasses aren't fooling these eyes. The outcome souly depends on your compliance .

Sakura finally reached the door to the Hokages office and knocked it down, only to see Hinata standing at the window with her back to Sakura.
"I see you've gotten my message." Hinata said coldly, not turning around.
"How dare you threaten me....and my child!" Sakura said clenching her fist. Her anger spiking, causing the area around her to shake, as if a earthquake was in progress. The lights on the ceiling flickers, the pictures on the wall fell down, and floor beneath the cracked a bit.
"The dramatics aren't necessary, Sakura." Hinata said, still not facing Sakura." I only said what was necessary for your compliance, but in no way was I bluffing."She added, finally turning around to face Sakura. Seeing the killing intent radiating from Sakura.
"So...your giving me no choose them." Sakura said coldly, appearing as if her demeanor has calmed down. "I have to kill you." She said looking Hinata right in the eye. The eye contact locking, sending chills right down Hinata's spine. She couldn't even look away as her vast field of vision denied her pleasure.
Hinata shook off the feeling and simply said," So be it. I will not back down from your challenge. He wouldn't do that." Hinata looked at Sakura with determination in her eyes and went into battle stance, erecting her Byakugan. Two purple lightening cloaked lions emerged around her hands, and she charged at Sakura with them, jabbing in Sakura's direction ever so gracefully.
Sakura avoided Hinata's blows, she was able to read her movements well. Hinata wasn't a bad fighter, but Sakura eye's were to sharp to get attack.
"You are a fool to engage him in hand to hand combat." Sakura said avoiding her hits. Sakura noticed Hinata's speed increase causing her to flash step, and teleport to the ceiling, directly above her blind spot.
Hinata eye's widen when she didn't see any traces of Sakura anymore.Not even a second had past. She turned slightly to her left then noticed Sakura clinging on the ceiling, seeing the chakra build up and change in her stomach, without even using handseals.
Hinata gasped. In a matter of seconds, Sakura exhaled, releasing a large amount of poison gas from her mouth. Hinata erected her byakugan even ruther, before being engulfed in a thick mist.
"Rotation" screamed a voice, as the mist depresed in a mini cyclone above Hinata, then she used an airpalm, to send it right back to Sakura.
Sakura smirked, at bit impressed by Hinata skill, and simply waved her arm deflect the air palm out of the window with sheer brutes.
"It's over." Sakura said flinging from the ceiling charging at hinata with her fist. As Sakura fist connected with Hinata, Hinata was able to partially erect a rotation field around herself, absorbing some of the impact. But the force was still to great causing Hinata to crash out of the window. Mid Flight, Sakura grab Hinata by her hair and continued to fling even further into the distance.
Hinata let out a yelp, and gasped for air as she flew through the air, at great speeds. She felt as if Deja Vu hit her. A memory of her protecting Naruto flashed through her head, of her protecting him, only to be flung through the air.
"Not again." Hinata though, as she continued through the air, even though the she didn't directly take Sakura's hit, she still felt as if 1000 pounds slammed into her chest, and something told her the Sakura was holding back. " I wont let this happen to me gain," Hinata added.
"Byakugan" Hinata said, forcing her body to rotate, trying the direct herself, similar to that way Kiba does when he uses his Fang over Fang attack. She was able to navigate herself to the Valley of the End, landing on the water. Only to see the destroy statue of Hashirama and Madara.
"This is were, Naruto-kun..." Hinata said as tears filled her eyes.
Sakura was behind her, realizing the place they were too. She was impressed at how Hinata used the rotation to navigate herself through the air, but Hinata needed to be stopped.
"So this is where we end up, huh." Sakura said coldly. Standing on the water, across from Hinata.
A Tear fell from Sakura eye, casuing a ripple in the water, the same thing happened from Hinata's point of view as well.
Hinata looked up at Sakura, Byakugan erect with fire in her eyes." I will stop you, and I will make you comply. I am not the weak girl I used to be." Hinata said.
"I won't be threatened."Sakura shouted.
Hinata eyes began to glow light blue, and a purple cloak of chakra began to manifest around her. She began to float up in the air, her clothing began to change into a bright white six path dress with a waist band, revealing most of her leg, and leaving her barefoot.
"I am the 6th Hokage, I am the leader of the Hyugga, I am descendant of Hamura Ōtsutsuki. I will show you the power of the Tenseigan and you will comply."
Sakura eyes widened.
"This power." Sakura thought to herself. "It's not the sharrigan mangekyo stage, but it appears to be more comparable to the rinnegan in power. How did she aquire this power...In order to get a rinngan...Sasuke-kun needed Hashirama's Dna...or the Dna of Ashura...to combine it with his own to unlock the sixpaths power...but the six paths had a brother.....Kaguya had a byakugan and rinnegan...her children inherited her power, but divided....The Sage inherited the rinngan and his children inhereted his power, but divided.....the brother must've been a wielder of this Tensigan she speaks off...and his power mustve dived between his children into the byakugan and.....what else...could she have somehow found the 4th relative...? But Sasuke-kun and NAruto were transmigrants....Hinata...no, she can't be....it must have something to do with her stature among the Hyuuga. Why else would she boost about being a leader." Sakura thought to herself, as she perused Hinata's new form.
"I guess I have to be a little bit more serious, with killing her now." Sakura thought, a she clenched her fist releasing her byakugou seal.
