All of you who said YES, are wrong. All of you are 100% wrong.
Minato wasn't just fast. He moved instantly. Speed doesn't even come into it.
FTG technique is the fastest. Nothing can be faster because it is instant. There is no delay. The best anyone can get, is equal. It does not happen in 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001th's of a second. IT IS FASTER THAN THAT!!
It is Instant. No delays. No moment where he is travelling. He is there, then he is not. Instant. At best Naruto can become equal, not faster.
If we are discussing simple footspeed, then that's a different matter altogether and we have no real way of knowing.

with shunshin, naruto is faster. but minato also has space time on top of that, which is impossible to beat no matter how fast you get. if minato has the kunai in place, he will get there faster. if it's a foot race or speed feet, naruto has surpassed minato, probably even in kyuubi mode. Minato only dodged A with FTG, whereas naruto was able to do it with shunshin (although he got two tries at it and an early warning to be fair)

K so Minato needs to throw the daggers which already have the seals on them.
Naruto needs to activate Biju Mode...think fair's fair. Minato's speed>Naruto's.
