I know most people keep saying half of kurama's powers is sealed in minato but come to think of it, if orochimaru can get his hands which were sealed in d 3rd hokage from the stomach of the shinigami by releasing the seal then its plausible to say kurama's full powers are back.
Sorry I can't give u guys any manga proof now but I believe you guys knw that it was d death god dat cut of orochimaru's hands, same way it cut of the kyubi's chakra.
Also same seal that appeared in hiruzen's body is same seal that appeared in minato's body.
So orochimaru's hands were sealed in HIruzen as kyubi's chakra in minato, and orochimaru got his hands back from d belly of the shinigami instead of hiruzen so as the seal was released, kyubi's chakra must have returned to d kyubi...
Question: if the kyubi's chakra is still in minato, wat seal is still holding it in him wen the seal has been released?
