There is a reason why they are called fillers: its because they aren't related to main series... Further, Naruto and others don't need their help..

Well maybe if Tobi's side also added some sort of force, and when all would seem lost, they would appear! I know it sounds cliche but it would be pretty cool. Plus you would get to see the people from Naruto fillers grown up

Exactly! SO the filler people (the people from the fillers ) wouldn't change the battle so much, but add drama and action to at least a few manga/anime series.
