Sakura punch does kill hahaha thats why its only been used on puppets n zetsu. Your question makes perfect sense if an attack sends you flying 50 feet u should be dead but then again. If there are monsters living inside your body you should be dead aswell so basically its just a cartoon non of it is real or esle they would have died.
