[Discussion] Naruto fighting too slow?

If Naruto is suppose to be one fatest shinobi in this manga(if not the fatest)...why in his fight with Tobito he seems to move slow? I mean...compared with the speed he shown against Raikage...he just seems slow...dunno if it's only me.
Also, I used search bar, sorry if this have been made before.

Because Kishi is building up the story and the suspense. How boring would it be if the fight and the unmasking of Tobi would have only been a few issues long?

Thats because him and Kurama now are friends and he his letting Naruto have 100% of his charka.

The story is progressing... No one wants to see Naruto finish off the war in a matter of seconds otherwise what is the whole point of the story-line... Sit back and understand the story in more detail if you want to really enjoy reading manga...

well thats true but u should also know that kishi is making it so because if he was to use the speed he used with kisame that was close to Minato's speed tobi should be having a hell of a time Plus it might be that but is because Tobi is a powerful & Cunning ninja & Naruto doesn't want to get caught in one of those tail beast sealing justu that tobi uses & maybe kishi is trying to make naruto go faster by making him fight slow until something happens like maybe kakashi or someones dies U know something like that

Because if He uses only the 4 tail speed tobi shouldn't see it coming

Also he never seemed too fast in the war to me...sure he managed to get the locations quickly but his fight were slow hum!

it does make sense havnt u realised the kyuubi is the closest thing to the ten tails that means naruto has limitless chakra and stamina as he and kurama are buddies now :ice:
