Karin's placement is gross, replace her with Moegi please. And honestly i'd put Guren a tiny bit higher too. Nice to see some Chiyo love though.

Low-kage:

High Jonin:
- Sakura.
- Chiyo.
- Temari.

Mid Jonin:
- Pakura.
- Ameyuri Ringo.
- Kurotsuchi.
- Kurenai.
- Shizune.

Low Jonin:
- Anko.
- Tayuya.
- Tsume Inuzuka.

High Chunin:
- Hinata.
- Ino.
- Karin.

Mid Chunin:
- Tenten.

Low-chunin.
- Samui
- Karui.

Genin:
- Kin Tsuchi.

*They aren't in any particular order other than ranks.
*Characters with, a canon rank that lack feats, were placed in that exact rank (example: Kurenai is a jonin, therefore i placed her as mid-jonin even though she lacks feats).
*I also considered utility rather than just raw power, which is just as important and a very underrated factor.

This was back in 2013 (no chains nor double bite capable of filling up the Yin Seal), that's why she's so low.
Current Karin should be in the mid-jonin tier.

I agree Konan should be Low-Mid Kage Rank. She shouldn't be any lower. I agree Guren is strong, but she isn't anywhere close to the level of Imperfect Jinch or Kage level.
