How am I wrong tho ? Naruto can easily break out of the Shinju roots and Momofodder is nowhere near JJ Madara's level but still almost killed Naruto and Sasuke, makes no sense.

Well duh. Every victory and loss in the entire story was due to plot armor. That's why they call it a STORY.
Sasuke won at VOTE1 because it was key to the story. Sasuke beat Deidara & was saved by the Kages because he was key to the story. Same with Naruto & his voctories/survivals. None of this is real or running on legidimate logic or fact--and none of us are in control. Kishi is.

If Kishi made Sasuke poop gold for the rest of his life because he ate ice cream in the desert than that's the way it is--because it's fiction made by HIM.
