Wasn't he top of his class and able to master an element (fire release goukakyu) before he was able to wield the sharingan and before he was even a genin.

take kyuubi away from naruto and you got an orphan with a really long life span and who is hard to kill then take sharingan away from sasuke you got someone who wasnt trained as a kid and wouldnt have been top of the class he would just be some average ninja just like naruto until jiriaya finds him to train him:shrug:

Naruto want to be like sasuke base on power and personality and he even kiss him.Since the kiss he got stupid and want sasuke back to konoha for more bromance

Naruto make battle less entertainting because he use shadow clone (if that not work ) ---> resengan (if that not work) ---->sm but use kyubi to save him.
Naruto technically did not use inttelligant against edo raikage because the sensor link his mind to killerbee to get info to beat him
Naruto was save by itachi from nagato twice when his soul was extreacted and also when nagato use moon gravitational like jutsu
Naruto also was save by the half bakyugan guy when the raikage was going to attack ( he put naruto in a rubber ball to save him )

But we haven't seen him fight a full on drawn out battle with all his strength in KM. Look at the fights he's been in using KM. They're all relatively quick skirmishes and poof, onto the next battlefield. He hasn't even properly used bijudama yet.

That's like saying Chuck Norris fought a few bums on the street. We now realize his true power.

If in the next chapters we see Sasuke pwn the shit out of like Raikage or Kakashi or something in two chapters each without breaking a sweat, wouldn't you be offended if I said we already know his full strength?

Naruto for the most part was a huge failure in part one, and he lacked an arsenal like most ninjas had. But, his lack of jutsus was a result of him not having parents, or a gekkai genkai so he couldn't learn hiden techniques nor use gekkai genkai techniques. But at the same time Naruto was very scatterbrained and reckless and lacked basic skill which was partially his fault and partially circumstance. While it is true that he is naturally a knucklehead, part of his idiocy came from him not paying attention in class which was a result of him trying to gain attention which was a result of his parents dying, leaving him lonely. But that was made up for once he went to train with Jiraiya where he acquired more ninja skill and smarts. As for naruto's connection with the ninetailed fox, it was a curse and a blessing depending on how it was used. Naruto's poor chakra control was a result of his chakra being used to reject the nine tailed fox's chakra, which is why he had a hard time using kage bushnin at first. Also at the same time, naruto before he learned rikudo mode was actually being burdened by the nine tailed fox. Whenever naruto uses the nine tails cloak, he's actually giving in to the fox's influence, which was actually harming him and causing him to gradually turn into the 9 tailed fox itself. But at the same time we shouldn't consider his usage of the nine tails fox as fair when it's simply another force manipulating him. I'll put it to you like this: when naruto uses the nine tails fox's chakra SHROUD in rikudo mode, he's using the nine tail fox like his own weapon, meaning he's the fighter, but when he's using the Kyubi's CLOAK, he's becoming the weapon so it's like someone else is fighting for him. So now that naruto learned rm, he's technically powerful on his own since the chakra is now his own. And now Naruto is actually WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY smarter now that he's finally tamed his beast.
