Actually, if Naruto wasn't the host of Kurama/other tailed beasts, his parents would still be alive
Naruto=Has massive chakra reserves even without Bijuu.
Minato would have probably taught him FTG, Rasengan, Sage Mode, Fuinjutsu, etc.
So he'd still be Kage level.
Not to mention he would still have Ashura in him.
