2. from the begining of naruto, sasuke wasnt supposed to be in the story but kishimoto just wanted a rival with naruto so he created sasuke.

3. one of kishimoto's editors was big fan of pro wrestling so he bugged kishimoto to make wrestling character and kishimoto came up with the raikage and killer bee.

4. akatsuki were originally supposed to be animals with human characteristics such as kisame which was one of the first akatsuki drawn by kishimoto.
