Kishimoto says after Naruto he wants to work on a Science fiction manga with something to do with a Cloud city. Looks like there is no secret Naruto part 3 after the Boruto movie after-all, but that's my speculation.

They translated that in the NF website, the only thing Sasuke has been doing according to Naruto, is surveying the military of lands that have not developed any militaries yet, according to Naruto via mission.

Yes, but those are the same people that make speculation threads without the threads. Naruto Forums has one big speculation thread, or at least that's where Sergent brought up those spoilers.

The person that translated the excerpt was OrganicDinosaur, the guy who does a lot of the translations for Naruto. So I trust him/her

Nope. People here on NB were mixing up OD's speculations with actual spoilers. She translates stuff from 2Ch to show what the Japanese fans are thinking. It doesn't mean that it's a spoiler.

I don't think it's true because it's neither or NF's spoiler thread and it's not on OD's reddit submission history.

I believe someone asked it on the spec. thread today and she translated a part from her raws. I'd have to go look for it again
