I like Naruto, I don't hate him at all but without Kyuubi, at least when he was a kid he would have lost against some people like Neji. Now that he trained, has sage mode and improved alot of skills, he would be Gaara's level. Gaara without Shukaku is still really strong. Same would be Naruto without Kurama.

i totally agree with u,all of naruto's fights were concluded by kyuubi.in one way it's not fair and it remainds me of yusuke urameshi from YUYU HAKHUSHO when his father took control over him and destroyed Sensui(who had big advantage).yusuke felt ashamed later and knew it was not his fight.so it's the same case in every single fight of naruto.he doesn't deserve all the credit

I thought Naruto has already beaten Neji as a kid. But I agree that SM Naruto is at Gaara's level. I mean, Kazekage's Gaara level.

i'd say,normal naruto is jonin level while sm naruto is top S class level,but can still hold his own against kage level tiers. But comon,saying he is low-top kage lvl without km or bm is a little pushing it. He is strong no doubt,sm is his power alone with or without the kyubi.but naruto claimed himself that he wouldnt stand a chance against the raikage if he werent in km mode. That sm clone didnt defeat 3rd raikage alone,he had help from the hachibi,and was given protection from dodai and the other shinobi. Besides,it fought him in km and wasnt able to beat him,sm was just better since he wasnt as fast as his son,so sm naruto could outmaneouver him,sm was the better option there. And IIRC naruto's clones havent beaten any kage alone,the mizukage was beaten by gaara and onoki,kazekage was beaten by gaara,muu was beaten by gaara and the clone combo,the raikage was beaten by naruto clone with help from the 4th division amd dodai as well.only gaara actually beat a kage alone,but it seems like his dad was just testing him in that fight but i am not sure. But saying sm naruto can take on raikage,onokietc. Or saying a km clone can defeat the current kages alone is insulting.all in all,i'd say km naruto is high kage lvl IMO
