Naruto Episode 69: The Third Coffin?

During Orochimaru's match with Hiruzen (The 3rd Hokage), after activating Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei, he summoned 3 coffins, but the third one failed - does anyone have any leads as to who it contained?

Right now, my assumption is it contained the 4th Hokage's body, but failed not because of the 3rd Hokage's Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique, but because Minato's soul didn't reside in the 'pure world', since his soul was sealed within the Death god after sealing the Nine-Tails into Naruto.

Any comments/suggestions are welcomed.

Although i don't understand why the 3rd Hokage tried to stop the 4th coffin when he knew Minato had been sealed by the death god?

i didnt read the manga during the earlier stages, but from Anime point of view, Oro use the Edo Tensei to shield from the shadow shuriken. And Hiruzen stop the 3rd coffin not becos he knows the Hokages are inside but its just that 3+1 opponents are abit challenging for him, just a bit..

But i didnt read the manga and this is only from Anime so i wouldnt know if its the same.. but then again wonder who is in the 3rd coffin, cos 4th Hokage confirm cant be summoned becos later part in the anime it have been explained...

its being confirmed that those whose souls do not reside in the pure world cannot be resurrected into the impure one. Those consumed by the death god are his/its (whatever) to keep. To take it from him/it u most probably have to defeat him/it. ha ha ha there u have it. lol

Very high chance its Madara, maybe not the complete one. Since Oro can summon the 2 Hokages and Madara is also their generations. Yes yes.. Very high chances its Madara Uchiha!
