Nope, Body Flicker combined with lightning isn't instant, it is fast movement, there is a difference.

Lightning isn't instant either, it just hits really fast.

Again, that is just it reacting to the switch being flipped...very fast.

Like when you touch a hot stove, you may think that you feel the pain instantly but you don't...the brain transmits signals to your brain letting it know that you touched something hot then you react.

read the next ones, it sais you dissapear and a white cloud appears, but you can also mix it with nature so i think if instant had a number lets say 5 and normal body flicker would be a 4,5 but combined with lightning would make it a 5

Yeah, that is high speed movement, and mixing it with lightning does not make it instant, it just makes him faster.

No, not quite; A Speed boost won't make him instant, he needs a separate jutsu that gives him instant movement (like FTG) to become instant.

well its debateable how instant it is, we dont know the raikage used body flicker (it seems he used his lighniting cloak)....but itachi may have been trying to get sasuke with ameretsu but due to bad eyesight missed.....


simply amaretsu isnt instant...it is said to be instant because it is so fast....but if someone moves fast enough they can dodge it(which only 3 we know can probably do so...minato who is faster than A, A , and kmand bm naruto......
