it is said that amaterasu is instant and everybody was like but the raikage dodged it, that because he used the very famous body flicker technique

just wanted to clear up that amaterasu is instant and it's just because of his justsu he was only even able to dodge it partial...

so even if you use body flicker you still get burned

and the reason sasuke wasn't struck upon was because itachi didn't aim seriously at him:p

The flames of amaterasu are very fast in converging on the user's line of site very quickly. f.t.g is instant.

it fires directly at where the user looks, and it's because body flicker lets you deport in an instant too, thats why the raikage was able to dodge it

Amaterasu ignites the target, not fly to it, it was stated in both manga and Databook.

and people don't understand the meaning of strongest jutsu

AMATERASU is the strongest jutsu because it's instant and it doesn't stop until the target is extinguisted.

so you can say that there a stronger attack like the father of the raikage's finger attack, but he has too use that constantly, in exeption too amaterasu, you only aime and use it once and see you target burnnn!

Fires=projectile=speed=not instant?

See the point? Something that's truly instant has no speed. Because speed = change in distance / change in time

If something has no change in time = 0. ( the very definition of being instant) Then it has no speed, because you can't have a number over 0 and expect a value. That doesn't exist.

It's speed is very fast, yes. Not quite instant though.

now your just using a misspelled word of mine too saying youre right buts it not, so start thinking of something else, because you know i speak the truth, it's instant and body flicker allows you just like instant transportation to disappear in an instant, that why he was able to dodge it, go watch the episode, because just before sasuke wants to fire, the bodyguards of the raikage say that he activated body flicker

It isn't instant, if it were then Raikage wouldn't have dodged it, it forms on the spot the eyes are focused on quickly, but not instant.

dont compare amaterasu with kamui because kamui sucks you in and so you can run from it and it takes time to concentrate on the target because if he moving to fast is harder to cast kamui, but with amaterasu you only have to aim once

Why not? Both jutsus have the same mechanics, they both appears on spot.

yeahh, but if you want to kamui someone you need to keep this person one the spot or focus on him, thats why obito always grabs you when he uses it

Thats the point though. Like I said, Amaterasu dont fly to its target, but ignites it. It works like Kamui.

Ok, look at it this way, for amaterasu to "ignite" on the target the user has to "see" The target.. yes?

Not really. Kakashi used Kamui on fast moving objects like Asuras rocket or Sasukes Susanoo arrow.

Of course, but the jutsu itself just appears, not travells.
