I believe that Naruto and Sasuke will eventually be at the brink of defeating Kaguya........
then...
Madara rips his way out of her mouth like Orochimaru substitution-style. How he survived? He taught his other eye Izanagi beyond death like he did with Hashirama, that's when Sasuke uses Hashirama's jutsu to "bind him".
ALSO:
I'm not sure how to tie this in but I know that the 4 kage are relevant somehow. THIS is where I feel Hamura will come into play. Hagoromo said he doesn't have the chakra or power to help anymore or whatever (I predict he then looks to the side and says; although there is somebody who does..).
It's a common theory that Hamura is the Death Reaper, I think it's no coincidence that all 4 of the Kage were inside it
Judging by the fact that the Gold & Silver brothers were inside the Kyuubi and came out with its chakra; the Kage probably each have remnants of Hamura's chakra if that's the case and will somehow be able to bring him out.
