[Theory] Naruto Ending Feelings/Opinion (Rant?)

Masashi should have took a hiatus, the story of Naruto became draggy at the very end.

Sasuke and Naruto's last fight was very anti climactic, Naruto's character development became very sketchy and overly/highly favoring Naruto into winning every single battle.

Naruto was just given ridiculous power ups out of nowhere, beginning at the Pein arc, that's when Naruto was given the SSJ jutsu where he just ran over a rinnegan user.

The plot no justu/ "Naruto has to win this fight, because he is the main character justu"
was highly used every single moment when Naruto was on cameo.

It would have been a very good ending if Naruto just died at the end against/vs Sasuke, Pein or if Itachi/Masashi decided just to get rid of a very annoying main character. (Who's main power are magic tricks out nowhere, SSJ1, talking to animals..., which are very effective of course.)

Naruto has got to be the most spoiled,"gifted","overly handed power ups due to his role, character in manga?"

but, honestly though...


Shippuden took away the mystique Naruto the manga/anime had, Shippuden/The Last 300 Chapters of the Manga took away the thrill, fine details of jutsus... it just felt that Naruto copped out into finishing a great work of art, instead settling for mediocrity due to boredom.

But it's human to err, Masashi had to end Naruto because he became tired of the ridiculous mistake of turning the ninjas in Naruto into super saiyans.

Well, at least this complaint doesn't focus on pairings. +rep for like the first legitimate gripe I have heard about the ending

I kinda agree with you with the power scaling in the war arc. Naruto went from having SM to KCM to BM to BSM to RSM within the span of several days.

However, there were still good fights with detailed techniques and analysis.

Kakashi's plan to fight Edo Zabuza.
Gaara's strategy against the 2nd Mizukage.
Naruto, Itachi and Bee fighting against Nagato.
Kakashi's analysis of Obito's Kamui and how they managed to counter it.
Minato and Tobirama's FTG combo against Juubito.
Minato's plan that supported Eighth Gate Guy and allowed him to land the last step of EE on Madara.
Sasuke's analysis of Madara's Limbo.

Honestly I don't care how Naruto ended I'm not about to start complaining about a series I spent 8 years watching. Yes I did want to kill anyone insight when fillers went on for 20 eps plus. However calling this a bad series is something my pride won't let me do.

I honestly liked Naruto and I'm basing this off my subjective opinion. But on the other hand you could also say it’s biased because Naruto is my favorite anime. But whatever the case, If you’re telling me you continued to watch a series you had no belief in you have no one to blame but yourself.

And you do not have the right to rant after watching around 600 eps (I guess that's why you put the ?). But don't get me wrong I'm just correcting you I'm sure you don't think Naruto is a bad anime. I'm just saying this isn't a rant. Your simply expressing what let you down about the Naruto series and quite frankly I was also let down with the predictable tendencies.

The creator at this point has his hands tied Kishi, wouldn't have been able to make that big a plot twist because in the end, he is what makes the characters who they are and what they've come to be. Not to mention that lots of things within the series were left without a proper ending.

In addition we also notice that yes it was a huge let down with every chapter that went on it seemed as though the need to explain certain things decreased and with that came a more simple approach to the anime that did come off as dull.

The 4th Great Ninja War story arc did drag on for far too long and perhaps if they had come up with a good ideal ending that would certainly have been better than a rushed one
