Naruto ended a bit early

In my opinion, I think Naruto ended a bit early in the manga. Who else feels the same way? We never got an explanation of where Sasuke got his hawk summoning, what Itachi's disease is, and there are so many plotholes left.

I feel the same way. Chapter 699 was....underwhelming. So much was left unexplained in the end. So many characters (Orochimaru dammit!) were neglected

It's like Kishi was pressured to rush the ending to have it at exactly 700 chapters. That's my theory. Cuz who wants their manga to end on a dumb number like 702

It's unbalanced, 15 years is a long time but he spent more time on unnecessary stuff and left out the more important ones hence the feeling.

I think the length of time that it's been out for is a long time, however, he definitely could have used the panels more efficiently to explain plots, and certain things people always question about instead of useless things.

I agree. It should've at least continued for another 15 years at the very least. It didn't feel completed imo.

Well we are still left with so many unanswered questions. What happened to Taka and Oro?Is Yamato alive? and so on.
I wish 10 more chapters were done to show all the unanswered stuff.

I think the timing of the chapters was inconsistent during its last year. I suspect that when Madara came back full force, the end was in sight and the movie already under contract.

The editors screwed it up with all the plotting and planning for things unrelated to the manga itself.

But that's business. Dollars come before quality.
