Others are restricted from helping, Kiba can't cast Amaterasu.

Anyway depends on how Kiba's speed will cope with Naruto's and how his attacks would counter cloak which boosts up defenses.
I don't see Naruto casually shrugging the damage that sliced through Juubi clones 0 diff; but linear pattern of Kiba's attacks can be percieved rather easily.

Naruto with extra seal =< Part 1 Kiba.

Naruto without the extra seal > Part 1 Kiba

Kiba has that ugly dog move which can easily be avoided as well him using kage bunshin which cuts his reserves in half. The intent is to win by all means, Naruto can go initial mode and rape him.
