EMS Madara was a fodder without Kyuubi, so Naruto is now stronger than EMS Madara. For one, Jinchuuriki are stronger than the tailed beast alone. Secondly, Naruto will get the other half of kurama's chakra. Thirdly, Naruto is proficient at Senjutsu and we all saw what Hashirama did to Madara+Kyuubi with Senjutsu. Fourthly, his chakra reserves are higher plus he has Nine tails chakra and A LOT of it.

Minato, Sausage Uchiha, and Madara Uchiha (EMS) simply do not compare. U_U
