Alright so... Sasuke thinks that Naruto is still Lonely... which is not true... not anymore!
During his time in the Ninja Academy, Naruto was always alone.
Naruto was an outcast, feared by the other kids.
Naruto was bullied, yet he tried to make friends all the time.
the parents of all the other kids at the Academy had told their children to step away from Naruto.
they said Naruto was a murderer for having Kurama inside his belly.
Naruto would make a huge mess, get chased by guards for one reason only...
and that reason was to feel that he was alive, to feel that... other people could "see" him...
that he wasn't just an invisible ghost that no one could see... by doing pranks and getting chased he would finally feel alive...
Naruto really did everything he could to get friends, i mean do you guys even remember this scene? when he befriended Gaara? this was the first time that Naruto ever felt that there were people in the NarutoVerse that was actually in the same situation as Naruto... it must've been a relief for him... feeling that he wasn't alone.
truth is... everything Naruto ever did, and the only reason why Naruto would want to become Hokage so badly was for one reason only... to be acknowledged... Naruto wanted the people to see him, to look up to him and accept him... Naruto wanted to be their guardian, EVEN THOUGH THEY ALL HATED HIM.
Basically, if ANYONE... it's Naruto who knows how it feels to be hated by the world (in this case, Konoha was Naruto's world) to be feared... to be alone everyday... to have people looking down on you... laughing... at you...
Naruto was even so lonely... he started using his Kage Bunshin to play games with him, to eat food with him and to share the day with and play... because Naruto had no friends at all... so it'd be natural to do this...
i would've done the same if i was that lonely, i mean seriously? being alone is not fun, and Naruto knows that...
not until Naruto saved all the citizen of Konoha, literally...
he was finally acknowledged by his own home town... they finally accepted him as their saviour...
and this is a very powerful moment because it was the first step towards becoming the Hokage that Naruto always wanted to become, and to get acknowledged by the world.
and then this happened, Itachi taught Naruto a real lesson...
Itachi inheritages the will of fire, so it's safe to say that Itachi truly knows what it means to be/become Hokage.
even though Itachi was never a hokage himself, he knows what it means, what it is and why they exist.
during the war, Hinata wanted Naruto to snap out of it... and so he did...
people have died only to help Naruto getting closer to his goal, people finally believes in Naruto...
people even believed in Sasuke... during this war... Naruto and Sasuke has been praised by all the shinobis on the battlefield, EVERYONE looks at them as if they were heroes, not only of the leaf... but of the whole world of the NarutoVerse.
and now, for some odd reason Sasuke wants to become the "bad guy"
but Naruto can't let this happen... because Naruto knows how sad Sasuke will be
Naruto knows what pain Sasuke will go through.
Naruto remembers, what he does NOT wish to remember.
Naruto simply doesn't want Sasuke to be hated, feared, lonely.
Naruto knows that Sasuke is underestimating Loneliness.
Sasuke seem to think that going through loneliness is something easy because "Naruto could do it"
but the truth is that no one in the whole NarutoVerse has a heart as strong as Naruto...
just look at what Madara, Orochimaru and Obito became because they got lonely, because their parents, siblings or friends had died... had been taken away from their lives...
Naruto wants to save Sasuke's Future, Happiness, and to get rid of all the Hatred that Sasuke keeps inside of his heart... Naruto things that deep inside, Sasuke knows of Love... and i think we all know this because that's why Sasuke needs to kill Naruto... Sasuke can't bear the burden of being a villain against his best friend... Sasuke wants to kill Naruto only to have nothing in his way of achieveing his wicked dream.
Naruto WILL save Sasuke's Future, Happines and Love towards his village/world.
i wouldn't doubt it even one second. Naruto knows that he can change Sasuke, and this is what Sasuke is so damn afraid of... Sasuke knows that if he doesn't kill Naruto here and now... Sasuke will give in... and become friends with Naruto... and fail his way of "making peace"
anyways... i hope this will all end with a best-friends hug :')
