Madara said that his final susanoo is only rivaled by a single bijuu...which Naruto fought numerous and was successful. So sorry to say that Madara has no chance, while we havnt really seen Tobi use many jutsu other than his space time, so cant decide who would win in a 1v1(we will see next week).
