Naruto doesn't have RSM

Hagaromo's chakra disappeared when he left, that's why Naruto has no more TSB. If he still had the chakra he would have kept the ones he still had during the final time we saw him use it in VOTE2. He doesn't have the 9s on his back either, nor can he fly. Sasuke don't got it neither, the reason he still has Rinnegan is because he still has the hashi cells that Kabuto used to heal him, Madara and Hashirama still have their Ashura/Indra chakra so Rikudo's chakra wasn't even necessary to awaken Rinnegan. Sasuke really didn't use it as much as Naruto either, he used it for black chidori but other than that it was just extra chakra. The whole Hagaromo/Hamura vs Kaguya parallel is over with, that's why they've reverted to normal. Naruto doesn't have a skin colored face nor does he have the 9s. He still has all the Bijuu chakra he received from Obito however, so he's still equal to Sasuke.

Still, even if Hagaromo's chakra was used to unlock the Rinnegan, he only needs Senju cells to maintain it, otherwise Madara's Rinnegan would have reverted to normal eyes after his status as a transmigrant ended. I edited the OP.

Naruto has RSM he just lost the 8 biju chakra but he could get thier chakra back cuzz hes the meeting pleace.

Who said he lost 9 bijuu chakra? And he was still in RSM in VOTE2, that's why he could fly. He still has the 9 Bijuu chakra, just most of the chakra comes from Kurama since Kurama is the strongest Bijuu.

Hago stated that he was able to come out due to indra's/Asura's chakra coming from Madara lower half. So no matter what they still keep some transmigrant chakra.

He lost the RSM after VOTE2 but he still has the 9 Bijuu chakra and thus is still stronger than he was before meeting Hagaromo. He lost he Hagaromo powers (TSB and flight) but he still has at least half the chakra of each Bijuu.

They have Ashura and Indra's chakra but not Hagaromo's chakra. Hagaromo shared his chakra with them so they could seal Kaguya and undo the infinite tsukyomi, afterwards they were left with 9 Bijuu chakra and Rinnegan respectively, but no Hagaromo chakra. Remember when they sealed Kaguya and Hagaromo needed to place his hands together as if he was the one performing the jutsu? That's because he was using his own power through them. The was the whole point of him sharing his chakra with them, but they used his chakra up during VOTE2 in their final clash and this is why Naruto doesn't fly or have TSBs anymore.

Naruto still has ****in RSM u guys are pretty stupid just look at the boruto movie when naruto and sasuke was bout to fight post kinshiki absorbed momo he had the design of kurama bijuu and rsm . it wasnt reg bsm markings either and look at his eyes its the cross with no pigmentation makin it not bsm+TSM hes just low on 9 binu chakra and he doesnt really need it with full obeyed kurama
