Why is everyone coming to this conclusion
Yes naruto looked like he was in eminent danger but he is you know Naruto effin Uzumaki the man the myth the legend literally this guy was a boy of prophecy who would change the world how ever he saw fit.
He had two choices to give up and let the world be destroyed or stick his chest out raise his head and carry the burden of everyone good and bad alike.
Naruto never gave up and this is what defines him for me over the past 9 years, a character who doesn't let you down and obviously take no for an answer.
Im thinking along the lines of Sasuke or getting stroner to protect those he cared about.
So why now why after all this time, fighting for the things he has believed in.
Would he Give up he has a son a daughter a wife and as he has said a village that is now his family.
The Naruto Uzumaki I have watched mature and grow in strength would not;could not.!!!!!!!
DIE leaving all of this behind. But that's just my opinion.

It would have to be for the sake of everyone or someone who meant more to him than everyone for me to be able to except it I just don't think I could fathom him losing he worked so hard to get where he is Naruto and Kishi.
I agree him dying would have to epic for me to actually be okay with it

I think he will die but more like the 1st hokage,
The Manga said he died a happy man who never stopped loving the village than kishi shit on his happiness to satisfy our need to see him (not complaining btw it was AMAZING)so my hope for the story of the 7th is that he will continue taking care of the village until he feels the need to step down and name his successor keeping the will of fire bright for future generations.

Naruto is great but I don't think anyone would drop all anime for just that reason I mean we survived the Gt fiasco I'm pretty sure fans can get passed anything after that.

It would be way much better if he dies young while fighting , than like a old rat hiding in his kitchen and waiting for death.
His death would just make the plot better. Dramatic parts are always welcomed by the fans.
His death would make him glorious like never before.
and Hokage seat would be free for someone else.

Naruto is not going to die. Even if he dies, his death is not going to be permanent. He is going to be resurrected. The only way that he can die is through natural death of old age. The author doesn't have the nerves to kill off the main character.
