Look here... Hagoromo said it himself that the chakra halfs of the tailed beasts he can use as his own power is a meeting place for them to come and their chakra seeps into him even now..


So he still has his power ups and so does Sasuke.

Not sure people keep ranting about them not having them .. they even still got the seals too

Naruto has 50% dark kurama and like rest 30%-25% of the other tail beasts maybe 50% power of them who knows .. but he still has them inside him and can use it .. it was only the beasts outside that got trapped
