iirc bee's first attempt to get through the barrier punctured 9 layers of the 36-layer barrier. i might be wrong though, i haven't read that arc for a while.

imo the series from after the pain arc took a massive downturn. until then it was all about hard work to get better, now people get upgrades from nowhere... danzo,kabuto,madara are prime examples. now every villian has to have hashirama or orochimaru's dna, or take itachi or nagato's eyes to become stronger, it's a cheap way of improving the power levels. and when you consider that each villian and even side character once had something completely new and unique and interesting, it's a shame that everyone has become fixated on being the new so6p.

then there is this kabuto who mastered the edo tensei in no time while orochimaru who has been researching that jutsu for years cannot use it like kabuto did:shrug:

then naruto after we saw his effort learning the rasengan,wind element, and finally complete the fuuton rasen shuriken, he goes to train with fukusaku and finally complete mastered the sage mode, then he manage to obtain the kyubi mode power in no time while bee need years to finally tamed the hachibi, not to mention he manage to maintain the KM mode in 2 days with his own chakra after making a bunch of kage bunshin who goes to the entire battle field pawning some ass,

i knew this is war but even in a war there is no need to add instant power up from nowhere,

Naaruto had to train to gain like 75% of the Kyuubi control and to be fair that did last a fair few chapters but as the story said, to unlock the full power, you have to learn the beasts name, Naruto did that so basically calling the fox Kurama was like a shortcut that bee didn't know about.


Kabuto did spend all the time learning, from the point of Orochimarus death and implanting orochimarus cells in his body, Kabuto studied like a bitch to make sure Oro didn't take his body over.

Maybe edo was something he considered to be a way to stop it from happening, maybe he thought "well it's a long shot but it could work" and then somewhere down the line managed to perfect edo, don't forget he had ALL of Oros research so it would have been easy.

Lets put this into a different perspective.

Remember when Sasuke was learning Chidori with Kakashi?

Kakashi told him that he has to use a OT of chakra, Full speed, power and stamina all at once.

so even if he uses susanoo, if he used chidor before that at any point then that makes him a stand still punching bag simply because he will have next to no chakra left.

Meaning to say, if Sasuke uses the susanoo before chidori, he won't be able to use chidori because he wouldn't have enough chakra and with chidori being the only technique he uses nowdays (next to sharingan based techniques), he wouldn't be able to fight.


One question left after that answer.

What could Katon jutsu do against Naruto?

Naruto would definitely win, he has KM SM + he is becoming a perfect Jinchurikii with Kurama who has the biggest chakra reserve meanwhile Sasuke doesn't have too much chakra, since he's last battle he fought nearly for 10 - 20 minutes and he was exhausted.

And regarding for Susanoo, Naruto could just throw his Futon Rasen Shuriken. It is a devastating jutsu that could get rid of Susanoo.

I like how you greatly underestimate Sasuke. Sasuke's stamina has shown to go higher since the danzo fight. He was able to spam his ms abilities and chidori the whole fight. Not to mention his new ems which gave him a new susanno and probably a gigantic stamina boost.

If you look at it you can tell its freaken huge..already the size of his old one just by maybe the head to waist? Also it resembles itachi's so it could possibly have the yata mirror and sealing sword. Sasuke also has his chidori streaming techniques. Rasen shuriken breaking through Susanno? is a myth
